Local Shipping + Fulfillment

All orders placed on ca.rescueflats.com proudly ship within Canada, so you never have to worry about unexpected customs fees or delays.

Fast Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or Canada Post. In stock products ship out the next business day or earlier. Pre-order products will be delivered to the shipping address on or before the guaranteed delivery date list on the product page.

Shipping time + Tracking

Delivery within Canada is approximately 10 days (or 5-7 business days) and 1-4 weeks for International shipments. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package ships, so you always know where your package is at. We do not offer Rush Shipping options at this time.

International Shipments

Rescue Flats ship to Canada (ca.rescueflats.com) and the USA (www.rescueflats.com)  We do not ship internationally at this time. We recommend checking out our international retail partners to see if there is one closer to you.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take special care to ensure your Rescue Flats arrive perfectly and on time for your big event. Rescue Flats products are carefully protected when packaged for shipping. In the rare case that an order arrives damaged or is missing, we will provide a replacement once your case has been reported and reviewed. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. To report a damaged or missing item please email us at hello@rescueflats.com and include your order number, full name and explanation of the issue.
